The restaurant combines Portuguese influences with vivid colours inspired by the architecture of Goa and the coastal charm of the Malabar coast of India. Classical Indian details are seamlessly woven into the materials, creating a distinctive and authentic experience. NILA takes its design concept from an adventurous sailor, offering a captivating space where every corner narrates tales of travel, rare finds, and cherished souvenirs.

NILA uniquely presents the diverse coastal Indian gastronomic culture, spanning from eastern to western India. The focal point of the cuisine is fresh seafood, emphasising the distinct flavours of the coastal states. Coconut plays a pivotal role in NILA's exploration, adding a distinct depth and character that complements the vibrant spices and Portuguese influences.
